Q WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME OF A CUSTOM LABEL ORDER?
A The turnaround time is dependent on the complexity of the part. A simple property ID label may take a day or two while a membrane switch will take longer depending on the intricacies. We will work to meet your timelines without ever charging an expediting fee.
Q IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDERING QUANTITY?
A There are no minimums. Smaller quantities have a higher per unit price, so the higher the volume the more economical the label becomes.
Q DO YOU HAVE PROTOTYPING CAPABILITIES?
A Yes. We work with each customer to identify the most cost effective way to produce their desired prototype.
Q WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD?
A Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs.
Q WHAT ARE YOUR PREFERRED APPLICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER ARTWORK?
A We prefer Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Adobe Photoshop. Other programs are accepted (i.e. Adobe Pagemaker & Quark Express). CAD files are used for dimensional and layout purposes only. CAD files need to be received in a DXF format.
Q HOW DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK?
A We accept artwork via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), 3.5" floppy disk, ZIP disk, or CD. In addition, we have a full service Graphics Department, so do not hesitate to send a drawing, sketch, or sample and we can assist you with your design requirements.
